Our toys will come to you beautifully and discretely packaged...

First we seal your new toy in a clear plastic sleeve. Then with your pouch the toy is placed in our silver pillow shaped gift box. We then put your order in a plain white box or jiffy style bag ready to send out registered delivery so you receive your order under plain cover.

If you wish to give your toy as a gift, our silver pillow shaped gift box means all you have to do is wrap or simply add a gift tag!

Orders over £160.00 = free shipping.

Orders will be dispatched within 7days from order, however due to the hand made nature of our toys and stock levels orders may take up to 21days from date of order and will not exceed 28days.Only damaged items or incorrect items shipped may be returned. all claims must be made within 48 hours of signed/recorded delivery. You must email GorgeousGlass for a return authorisation number. No goods will be accepted without prior return approval and with GorgeousGlass’s return authorisation number on the box. All returns must be in original packaging and plastic seal intact.

We will ship your order in our beautiful but very low profile manner. In order to avoid lost packages, we must use a return address.

(There will be no ads or other markings inside or outside of the box other than shipping markings and an address label. We use no Adult Terms on our labels.
