If an item is "Flawed" upon shipment. contact us within 48 hours of reciept of the item. all claims must be made within 48 hours of signed/recorded delivery. You must email GorgeousGlass for a return authorisation number. No goods will be accepted without prior return approval and GorgeousGlass’s return authorisation number on the box. All returns must be in original packaging and plastic seals intact.

Email us at customerservices@GorgeousGlass.net. The damaged item must be returned and we will replace the broken/flawed item. All returns must be shipped back within 10 Days. We will, at your choosing, send you a replacement or give you a credit towards another item. It is our goal to make you comfortable with purchasing from us, and that you are satisfied with the quality of the product you purchase. We only make and sell the best quality products on the market.

Our Pyrex glass is crafted from solid Pyrex rod and the workmanship excellent.The only restriction to this guarantee is that the item that you purchase must not be used. Not even once. (All toys are vacuum-sealed. Please DO NOT break the seals if you want to return it)

If an item is returned, and the seal has been opened, we must send it back to you. We guarantee all workmanship and a flaw free finish.Your refund does not include shipping charges. Buyer is responsible for shipping charges.

You will only be refunded for the actual cost of the item.
